Abstract

工业厂房供配电系统是支撑生产活动的核心基础设施,其中低压配电系统直接衔接生产设备与能 源供给,其设计合理性直接影响生产连续性、设备安全性与运行经济性。本文聚焦工业厂房低压供配电系统 (380v/220v)设计,围绕设计原则、核心要点与能效优化展开研究。首先明确设计原则;其次从低压负荷分析与计 算、系统架构设计、电气设备选型、保护系统设计四个方面,阐述设计关键环节与操作要点;最后提出设备节能、运 行调度优化、损耗控制三类能效提升策略。研究旨在为工业厂房低压供配电系统提供科学设计依据,保障生产设备稳 定运行,同时降低能源消耗与运维成本,适用于各类工业厂房低压配电设计场景。
