Abstract

A simplified method for virus-tissue culture practices accomplished in microtitration plates reduces time, materials, and effort, yet agrees well with results obtained by conventional tissue culture tube methods. Neutralization tests for poliovirus Type III performed by both methods indicated a high degree of compatibility.
