As stated in the title, the research focuses on the effects of organizational learning (OL) on employee performance and satisfaction levels. The goal was to review relevant literature from recent years, roughly from 2000 to 2024, with a particular focus on 2022 and 2023, to illustrate how learning systems within organizations positively impact both individual and group outcomes. This study proposes a model aimed at the integration of organizational learning (OL) processes encompassing the evaluation of learning impact through performance and satisfaction indicators. It has been noted that OL has a favorable impact on the degree to which employees are skilled in their work, their productivity, participation, general satisfaction with their work, and consequently, the results with the organization. The conclusions drawn show how important organizational learning is when it comes to having employees who perform their duties happily and are responsive to organizational change. Further studies should be planned to examine the effects of OL investments on organizational outcomes, self-directed learning, and customized instructional strategies scoped over an extended time-frames.
