Current Situation, Challenges, and Countermeasures for the Development of Higher Education in Heilongjiang Province

High-quality development of higher education is the key to high-quality economic and social development in Heilongjiang Province. Strong education is a strategic project for the development of a high-quality population, and high-quality education is the key to improving the overall quality of the population. The current northeastern region is in a critical period of comprehensive revitalization, there is an urgent need for education, science and technology, and human resources to provide a trinity of all-round, multi-factor support.
