In a modern economy characterized by rapid technological development and increasing global competition, the competitiveness of organizations is increasingly determined by their ability to effectively manage knowledge and continuously develop the competencies of their employees. Knowledge management, as a systematic approach to the creation, collection, organization, storage, transfer and application of knowledge within an organization, acts not only as a tool to increase operational efficiency, but also as a powerful incentive for innovation. The successful experience of many organizations shows that the integration of knowledge management into an organization’s management development strategy leads to increased efficiency, increased innovation, and increased competitiveness in the market. The purpose of this article is an in-depth study of the relationship between organizational development and knowledge management. Special attention will be paid to how knowledge management contributes to the formation and improvement of the human resources potential of the organization, as well as the impact of this process on the effectiveness of the organization as a whole.
