The necessity of green and pro-environmental strategies to preserve the planet for future generations has been recognized by organizations. For sustainable development, organizations must combine pro-environmental principles and strategies with their business performance. The study was conducted to investigate the impact of green training (GT) on organizational performance (OP) with mediating role of perceived organizational support (POS) and transformational leadership (TL) as a moderator. Data was gathered from 100 participants. The study employed quantitative research strategy and Smart-PLS software was used for the data analysis. The findings show that GT and POS enhance OP and green training programs are crucial for environmentally sensible organizations to achieve their objectives of resource efficiency and contribution to the broader environmental protection cause.
