Maternal and perinatal outcomes were compared between groups. Conclusions: Our study highlights the clinical distinctions in perinatal outcomes, indications, and consequences between elective and emergency LSCS. There are fewer problems with elective LSCS than with emergency LSCS, and the fetal prognosis is better in the elective group.
