The article discusses the issues and trends of changing the totality of means and methods of movement within urban spaces. Urban transport mobility has been entering a stage of active transformation in recent years, significantly expanding the range of ways and means of intra-urban movement. The emergence of new mobile devices, mainly for personal use, creates new challenges for the harmonization of multifactorial systems of urban functioning. These challenges to the transformation of urban mobility create prerequisites for the formation of a separate mobile policy based on the management of a range of transport services.
