Raltegravir, an integrase strand transfer inhibitor (INSTI), is the first FDA-approved drug in its class for HIV therapy.Due to its clinical significance, a variety of analytical methods have been developed for its quantification in pharmaceutical formulations and biological matrices. This review comprehensively compiles 30+ analytical techniques including UV spectrophotometry,RPHPLC, HPTLC, UPLC, LC-MS/MS, and electrochemical methods, evaluating their sensitivity, specificity, and validation status. The aim is to guide researchers in selecting suitable methods for routine, pharmacokinetic, and stability analysis of Raltegravir.
