An investigation was carried out done at Horticulture Research Farm, Department of Horticulture, BBAU (A Central University), Lucknow U.P. during the year of 2020-2021 to evaluate the performance of different IBA and NAA concentrations on rooting of Dragon fruit stem cuttings. Therefore, the stem cuttings were dipped in various concentrations of IBA and NAA solution, then the cuttings were planted in a polyethylene bag in a mixture of Sand: Soil: FYM. (2:1:1). This experiment was designed in Completely Randomized Block Design with three replicates. The result revealed that the highest, stem length (17.90 cm), fresh weight stem with root (210 g), stem diameter (30.21 mm), new emerged shoot length (9 mm), fresh and weight only stem without root (198 g) to were found in the treatment T9 (IBA@3000ppm+ NAA@100ppm) at 60 day after planting followed by T11 (IBA @ 2000 ppm+NAA@200 ppm). While, the lowest were found in control T1 (15.06 cm, 201g, 22.17mm, 5mm, 188g) respectively.
