The article examines the specifics of the functioning of the Russian economy in the context of continuous sanctions pressure and hybrid warfare with the West, and also substantiates the need to switch to a model of a “soft” mobilization economy. The purpose of the study is to develop methodological principles for adjusting market mechanisms through targeted government regulation to ensure technological sovereignty and sustainable growth of high-tech industries. It is shown that the mobilization economy combines elements of administrative management with market methods and should be implemented at the macro, meso and micro levels in order to strengthen the defense industry and reduce dependence on imports.
