The Role of Licensing in Protecting Trademarks in the Republic of North Macedonia

The aim of this study is to investigate, in the context of the Republic of North Macedonia, the role that licensing plays in protecting trademarks. Businesses rely heavily on trademarks to protect their trademark identification, build consumer trust, and maintain goodwill. In the Republic of North Macedonia, trademark protection is essential for promoting economic development and enabling international trade.
