As the basic unit of school teaching activities, the management level of the class plays a crucial role in the healthy and comprehensive development of students, as well as the completion of various educational and teaching tasks. Class management is a complex and arduous task that requires the homeroom teacher to have the correct methods. For newly appointed class teachers, learning class management experience is particularly important. The author elaborates on the relevant strategies of class management for homeroom teachers from three aspects: preparation, adherence to routines, and good learning, focusing on the theme of "busy yet orderly new officials taking office", and puts forward practical and useful suggestions.
