For a long time, our country has attached great importance to the construction of teachers' morality. In the context of the new era, it is of more far-reaching significance to strengthen the construction of high school teachers' morality. However, in real life, the construction of high school teachers' ethics is facing new tests and new problems. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the practical difficulties of high school teachers in the process of teacher ethics construction, and then systematically discusses the improvement path of high school teachers' teacher ethics construction, so as to provide some reference opinions for strengthening the construction of high school teachers' teacher ethics in the new era.
