The economic cycle is an inevitable fluctuation in economic activities, usually characterized by alternating expansion and contraction, and these fluctuations not only affect the economic conditions of a single country, but also have a profound impact on the international level. The purpose of this paper is to explore the performance of business cycle coordination and its impact on international economic policy coordination. Through the in-depth analysis of the theory of business cycle, this paper will elaborate the formation mechanism and stage characteristics of business cycle, and explore the mutual influence and transmission mechanism of business cycle between different countries.
