Cybercrime Committed by Minors: The Problem of the Digital Generation

Evaluation of available scientific papers and social practices to accelerate the accumulation of knowledge in the field of juvenile cybercrime in order to develop measures to counter criminal cyber threats.Generalization of cyber threats for minors described in the scientific literature and taking place in practice, study of the current state of juvenile cybercrime.It is concluded that it is necessary to develop a comprehensive adaptive system of legal and social measures for private (tactical) and general (strategic) prevention of cyber threats arising in the information and communication space in relation to minors.New material on the topic under study has been summarized, and a list of cyber threats for minors has been introduced into scientific circulation. The problems of cybercrime in the adolescent environment have been updated from the perspective of the responsibility of minors and the characteristics of crimes committed by them in cyberspace.
