The development of tourist villages in addition to functioning as an improvementin environmental conservation, also functions as a community economic development. This illustrates theprocess of economic and social community empowerment. Thus, the development of community-based tourism is a strategic effort to empower the community. This activity has the theme of Community Empowerment through Tourism Village Development. With the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method and data collection techniques through interviews, observations, Focus Group Discussion, and literature studies, this activity aims toincrease the knowledge of Watu Wayang tourist village managers about excellent services andtourism promotion. The results of the activity show that the community's knowledge and skillshave increased, especially regardingexcellent service and tourism promotion. This can be seenfrom the results of the evaluation of activities, especially the results of pritest and posttest. The results of the implementation of community service can be concluded that the implementation of these activities have been able to improve the abilities and skills of tourism village managersin Watu Wayang.
