Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright, for Creators, Copyright Holders and Related Rights Owners is a hope, and in the Copyright Law there are regulations governing the National Collective Management Institute (LMKN) and the Collective Management Institute (LMK ) who has the task of withdrawing, collecting and collecting and distributing Royalties to Creators, Copyright Holders and Related Rights Owners, so that from an economic perspective (Copyright Royalties) there is a certainty of receipt for the Creators, Copyright Holders and Related Rights Owners .
