In early childhood 5 - 6 years, reciting the Koran is still in the beginning or introduction stage of reciting the Koran, namely the stage where the process of children's activities in understanding the symbols of the hijaiyyah letters starts from the differences in symbols, sounds to the differences in pronunciation of each harakat symbol with a level of difficulty according to the level. volume. This research aims to improve the recitation ability of children aged 5 - 6 years through the smart block media of hijaiyyah letters (BACERYAH) at the Sholeh Children's Kindergarten, Magersari.
