This study aims to analyze the implications of Talent Management in improving sustainable company performance in the manufacturing industry". This research is a quantitative research with SEM-PLS as a data analysis method with the Smart PLS 3.0 program. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 140 respondents of the research sample, namely all managers in manufacturing companies, with each variable measured using specific statement items. The results of the analysis show that career management, learning and development, and talent acquisition have a positive and significant impact on sustainable organizational performance. In contrast, insignificant relationship was observed between the variables of career management and talent acquisition. In addition, learning and development showed a positive and significant influence on sustainable organizational performance. The research shows that career management, learning and development, and talent acquisition have a significant positive impact on sustainable organizational performance.
