Problems of Enforcement of Administrative Deportation Orders in the Context of Implementation of Functions of Internal Affairs Bodies

Within the framework of the article, the features of such administrative punishment as administrative expulsion from the Russian Federation of a foreign citizen or a stateless person are considered. Special attention is paid to the problems arising during the execution of the decision on administrative expulsion within the framework of the implementation of the functions of the internal affairs bodies, and possible solutions are proposed.
