The article is devoted to the problem of forming a corporate culture in notarial practice. Notarial activity requires notaries to develop not only knowledge in the field of legal proceedings and jurisprudence, but also competencies in the field of management technologies, personnel support for notary office workers, psychology and coaching. The results of a study of the main problematic aspects of the development of corporate culture, barriers to the formation of a corporate philosophy among employees, and directions of development are presented.
