Abstract

Civil society is an important component of a legal and democratic state and therefore, in modern government policy, it is necessary to increase the role of civil society and implement a number of reforms. Modern times are characterised by a tendency to identify innovative channels for ensuring interaction between civil society institutions and the state. These political and legal phenomena cannot develop separately from each other; their existence is due to development in tandem. The civilisation of a democratic state depends on the level of development of civil society institutions, their maturity and the possibility of real influence on political processes in the country. The study of the significance of such interaction and its effectiveness are of great importance for the issues of legal theory and practice, however it is also the subject of numerous discussions.
