This study focuses on the regional differential planning of distribution network. In order to avoid frequent damage to distribution network equipment caused by extreme weather, lightning, flood and other disasters in recent years, the distribution network risk assessment and differential planning are carried out based on historical disaster information. This paper classifies the disaster level of the distribution network region by the ant colony clustering method, and puts forward a method to change the network planning by adding intermediate nodes to avoid the region with high disaster level and reduce the length of the planning line. At the same time, the corresponding distribution network planning model is developed to generate the optimal distribution network structure, which provides theoretical support for future distribution network planning. The method proposed in this paper solves the problem of avoiding the disaster-stricken lines in the traditional distribution network planning, adopts the intermediate node, and provides a better solution to the distribution network planning problem.
