The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of growth mindset on self-efficacy and persistence intention of dance majors. The research subjects were two hundred dance majors at a four-year university, and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 27, and the following results were obtained. First, growth mindset significantly affected self-efficacy among college dance majors.
