The article is devoted to changing approaches to reimbursement of court costs for the services of a representative in arbitration proceedings. Analyzing the changes in civil legislation and law enforcement practice, the authors come to the conclusion that the introduction of future requirements into civil circulation makes it possible to strengthen the guarantees of judicial protection of the rights of participants in the arbitration process and contribute to the development of a system of qualified legal assistance in this area.
