Topicality. The current growth of instability and unpredictability in the business environment, driven by global digitization, demands businesses to pivot towards the use of digital technologies in all aspects of their operations. The personnel of any company is a fundamental component in ensuring its market leadership, the foundation for achieving strategic development goals, emphasizing the significance of employee education and the increase in relevant knowledge.Aim and tasks. The research aims to analyze the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for the application of digitization tools in the corporate professional training system in the conditions of post-war economic recovery in Ukraine.Materials and methods Based on the analysis and theoretical synthesis of scientific works of domestic and foreign experts covering the problems of development and effective implementation of the system of professional training of personnel, as well as based on analytical and practical studies of global trends in the digitalization of this area of activity, general recommendations for its modernization based on the use of cloud services and elements of artificial intelligence have been developed.. Scientific methods such as scientific abstraction, analysis, synthesis, system approach, grouping, comparison, and graphical analysis were employed in the research process.In the course of the study, the following scientific methods were used: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, grouping, comparison, graphical analysis.Research results. The study focuses on the priority of utilizing the most modern and progressive forms of education, which not only provide the provision and updating of professional knowledge but also stimulate the development of personal characteristics such as collectivism, teamwork, creativity, motivation for improving work efficiency, etc. The inclusivity of modern educational methods for continuous employee training allows participants to form an actively positive attitude towards the company, cultivating their desire to participate in the organization's activities.The paper conducts research and grouping of cloud-oriented tools in the corporate professional training educational environment, using the methodological principle of a systematic approach to propose a general algorithm for implementing the formation process of a corporate professional training system using cloud-oriented services. Based on defining the theoretical essence and practical application directions of artificial intelligence as a key driver of new technologies in the digital era and its development in Ukraine, recommendations are provided for applying artificial intelligence technologies in the process of employee professional training.Conclusion. Based on the obtained results, one of the ways to solve the problem of development and improvement of the professional training system based on the use of digital tools within the framework of the implementation of the principle of "lifelong learning" is proposed. The authors have developed a general algorithm for implementing a corporate system of professional training of personnel using cloud-based services, which will optimize the functioning of this system by accumulating and disseminating educational content with the involvement of elements of the corporate information infrastructure.
