This paper aims to design and develop a Pressure Mapping Analysis and Evaluation measurement module specifically tailored for individuals with Pes Planus, commonly known as flat feet. Pes Planus is a medical condition characterized by the flattening of the arches of the feet, leading to altered biomechanics and increased pressure on various areas of the foot. The proposed module will provide a comprehensive solution for assessing and analyzing the distribution of pressure across the sole of the foot, aiding in the development of customized footwear to alleviate discomfort and prevent related issues. Analysis of the pressure and given the proper alignment of insole only we fixed. And also, included a graphical monitor of the feet to check the pressure or distribution in the feet. We decided to fix the pressure mapping sensor in the insole of the shoe then only did we get the proper output. We are making the process of custom orthopedic footwear, that shoe not only provides comfort but also promotes proper alignment and alleviates the symptoms of Pes Planus. The Arduino Uno software is a powerful tool for analyzing and visually presenting pressure values (value1, value2, value3, and value4) from a piezoelectric sensor. It facilitates the creation of a graphical summary, effectively illustrating applied pressure. Leveraging Arduino Uno capabilities enables users to gain insights into dynamic pressure variations, allowing a detailed examination of force distribution. This graphical representation serves as a concise summary, providing a clear visualization of pressure dynamics and aiding in the interpretation of sensor data.
