Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and trust in the decision to use GoPay among the people of Purwokerto. The method used is quantitative with a purposive sampling approach on the community of Purwokerto city, using 110 respondents who meet the criteria for using GoPay. Data was collected through online questionnaires with a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The findings of this study reveal that perceptions of benefits, ease of use, and trust positively and significantly influence the decision to use GoPay. Conversely, perceived risk negatively and significantly impacts the decision to use GoPay. Future research is expected to deepen understanding, provide specific recommendations, and involve a larger and more diverse sample to increase GoPay adoption.
