The article presents the results of a study aimed at developing structural and technological parameters of engineering solutions to optimize production processes. The research outlines the regularities enhancing efficiency in areas such as component feeding improvement, equipment downtime reduction, and product quality enhancement. Rational approaches ensuring high productivity and workplace safety were developed. The methodology includes data collection methods, equipment modeling using CAD software, and statistical analysis. Results demonstrate significant productivity increases, downtime reduction, and improved product quality. Practical solutions like protective mechanisms, automated modules, and defect detection systems were implemented successfully. The findings highlight the importance of engineering innovations for sustainable development and competitiveness in the global economy.
