  • Examined the coupling of spacetime curvature to an information density field.
  • Investigated the effects on pre-recombination dynamics and the emergence of early dark energy.
  • Introduced a chameleon mechanism to screen modifications in high-density environments.
  • Altered dynamics in weak-field and cosmological regimes.
  • Showed a natural emergence of early dark energy from the information potential.

Abstract

We introduce an information-driven scalar–tensor theory of gravity in which spacetime curvature couples to a fundamental information density field. The framework modifies Einstein gravity in the weak-field and cosmological regimes while remaining screened in high-density environments via a chameleon mechanism. An early dark energy (EDE) component emerges naturally from the information potential, altering pre-recombination dynamics.
