We propose Universal Informational Relativity (UIR), a framework in which the effectivespacetime geometry observed by any physical observer subsystem is an emergent outcome ofinformational rendering. The key claim is that curvature is sourced not by a primitive “matter-only” stress tensor but by an informational density tensor Iμν , modulated by an observer-capacity dependent gravitational redemption coefficient χ(⋒). The central equation isGμν = 8π χ(⋒) Iμν ,interpreted as a super-unified field law linking (i) macroscopic geometry, (ii) informational sourc-ing, and (iii) the finite recording/computational capacity of the observer-node projection channel.UIR contains as a limiting case the ASR (Adaptive Spacetime Rendering) master attenuationlaw for temporal resolution,τ (γ) = exp−α∫γρinfo(s) ds, with αeff = κ χ(⋒),where ρinfo is an effective scalarized informational density along an observational path γ. Wearticulate postulates, definitions, and a falsification program, and we fix a baseline empiricalprotocol (P0) for Pantheon+ and SPARC using matched degrees of freedom, reporting summaryindicators previously obtained in the internal pipeline (Pantheon+ ∆AIC = −6.2, ∆BIC = −9.8;SPARC median R2 = 0.965). The manuscript is designed for immediate peer scrutiny: eachconjectural layer is separated from the fixed conventions required for reproducible testing.
