This paper presents the concept of the Knot as a structural threshold in irreversible decision-making. The Knot marks a point in decision systems where all options lead to loss, transforming the decision-making space and making optimization impossible. This paper introduces three key representations: The Decision Millefeuille (temporal stratification), The Responsibility–Cost–Effect Triangle (structural asymmetry), The Decision Wave (systemic propagation). This update (Version 2.0) further refines these concepts and their applications to complex systems, reinforcing the importance of understanding when optimization ceases to be relevant and responsibility becomes irrevocable.
