This paper interprets the Knowledge Connector multiomics decision support system through the Universal Resonance Model (URM). It explains what multiomics means in simple biological terms and shows how integrating genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and epigenomics can be understood not only as data integration, but as mapping dynamic system states. The paper argues that tools like the Knowledge Connector work best when combined with a dynamical framework that accounts for timing, instability, and phase transitions in disease.
