Abstract

The article presents a brief theoretical analysis of the study of the problem of conflict and conflict situation. The empirical material of the psychological characteristics of the personal determinants of the behavior of university cadets in a conflict situation and the choice of behavioral strategies in cadet groups is analyzed. It is shown what is manifested in cadets of various courses (1, 3 and 5) and brief conclusions are presented.
