TCF (Teoria da Crença Fundamental) / TBF–TFB (Theory of Fundamental Belief) is a cognitive-philosophical framework that defines belief as the primary axis of human behavior and decision-making, integrating science, psychology/psychoanalysis, philosophy, spirituality, ethics, and consciousness. This work is NOT related to the “Transparency & Consent Framework” (IAB Europe), also known as “IAB TCF”, used in advertising and privacy compliance.
