This work proposes and operationalizes PsyStrength (心力)—a capability construct for maintaining stability and making non-regrettable choices under emotional activation, physiological strain, and relational conflict in the AI era. It introduces a falsifiable multiplicative tripod model (Emotion Governance × Body Grounding × Relationship Navigation), an instrumented operational system (Emotion Card, Body Response Card, Behavior Response Menu, and a 7-tier AI-extended needs dual-mapping), and a pilot validation plan for PSI-12.
