ABSTRACT The main aim of this study was to examine the effect of Organizational justice on employee commitment and examine perceived organizational support as a mediating variable in Gondar city administration revenue office.To execute the research objective, the study uses primary data collection method through a structured questionnaire, developed based on Close–ended 5-point Likert scale and distributed by using simple random sampling technique to 202 respondents and all are collected. Secondary data collected from magazine, websites and others relevant sources. Collected data was analyzed using descriptive (frequency and percentages)and inferential statistical tools including linear regression, Pearson Correlation, multiple regression. To understand the effect of distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice on employee commitment Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 software was utilized as the analytical technique of choice. from the result of the analysis, it is concluded that distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice is positive and significantly effect with employee commitmentand there is positively and significant relationship perceived organizational support and employee commitment. In addition to this perceived organizational support have a mediating role on the relationship between organizational justice and employee commitment.to keep the benefit of having committed employee and retaining capable and skilled employee the importance of organizational justice in the workplace is vital.
