This Letter to the Editor raises two key criticisms and suggestions regarding a “targeted therapy” trial of upadacitinib for atopic dermatitis published in the British Journal of Dermatology. Clarifying the reportable numerical inconsistencies and strengthening the linkage between decision rules and analytic estimates would materially enhance the study's reproducibility and clinical translation.
