Abstract The 20th European AIDS Conference (EACS) was held in Paris, France, over 4 days in October 2025. The event was co‐chaired by Milosz Parczewski (Poland), Karine Lacombe, Bruno Spire and Jean‐Michel Molina (France). This meeting provided up‐to‐date information on HIV prevention, treatment and cure research, as well as comorbidities.
