The analysis is non-constructive and does not disclose compositions, stabilizer packages, conditioning agents, co-formulants, processing methods, or operating protocols. Instead, it defines invariant structural conditions under which functional persistence must arise from topology, bonding grammar, and identity-level molecular architecture rather than from formulation-based stabilization or external conditioning strategies. The condition constrains patentability at the level of enablement, inventive step, and industrial applicability and applies uniformly across fuels, sorbents, polymers, electrolytes, and functional materials.
