This paper introduces a matrix framework for planetary system analysis, distinguishing relationally constituted analytical dimensions: ZeroNature (cosmic-physical substrate), Planetary Metabolism (transformation processes), First Nature (actualized planetary systems including "more-than-human societies" and social formations), and Time (temporal duration and location). The framework employs "differential totality" as its core methodological principle, treating dimensions as mutually constitutive rather than separate domains. Four methodological principles operationalize the framework: multi-scalar temporality, non-reductive integration, observational positionality, and relational constitution. Applications demonstrate utility for astrobiology, Earth system science, and planetary exploration ethics.
