The Universal Persistence Scaling Framework (UPSF) is a statistical methodology for analyzing persistence times in systems governed by barrier-limited transition processes. The framework provides population-level scaling analysis, subpopulation decomposition, and structured residual characterization for identifying dominant transition suppression mechanisms and secondary structural influences. UPSF is designed to be domain-agnostic and applicable across physical, chemical, materials, and complex system transition dynamics.
