In all empirically confirmed classes of stable physical systems where the emergence and maintenance of structure can be traced, two invariant components appear: (i) electromagnetic radiation (photons) as the dominant measurable carrier of energy/information-state-parameter transfer, and (ii) hydrogen as the primary baryonic building atom of the early universe and the fundamental input of stellar nucleosynthesis. Together, these two components constitute the generative constant of every existing structure. This is confirmed by Nobel Prize-awarded experimental programs, quantum electrodynamics (QED), stellar nucleosynthesis, and cosmic microwave background observations. No new physics is proposed.
