Non-neural granular cell tumours (nnGCTs) are rare lesions with uncertain histogenesis, with fewer than 100 cases reported since their discovery thirty years ago. Although they resemble conventional granular cell tumours (cGCTs) morphologically, their lack of S100/SOX10 expression supports their recognition as a distinct entity.
