In this paper, we propose Seed Field Theory (SFT), which, while building upon the foundations of conventional Quantum Field Theory (QFT), offers a more fundamental and unified perspective. SFT posits a single, massless energy field (the "seed field") that fills the entire universe (including the region "outside" the universe) as its basis. All physical phenomena are proposed to emerge from the irregular and unstable fluctuations of this field. Taking the law of conservation of energy as an absolute principle, SFT provides emergent explanations for time, mass, particles, the speed of light limit, quantum entanglement, string theory, relativistic effects, dark energy, and dark matter.
