Federal information resources of Rosreestr – State Real Estate Cadastre and Unified State Register of Real Estate Property – were for a long period of time the basis for a new unified accounting and registration system. These resources functioned separately, so their integration and formation of a single data resource – Unified State Register of Real Estate – led to numerous errors. The need to eliminate them in due time will improve the functioning of real estate market, provide guarantees to the registered rights. Extracts obtained as a result of real estate transactions from Unified State Register of Real Estate must contain complete and reliable information. The practical significance of the research makes it possible to state that the efficiency of any system lies in the ability to quickly detect and correct errors that occur during the operation. Technological schemes of error correction procedures, the error classification scheme were developed for this purpose, as well as a case from the practice on correcting complex cases of errors in Unified State Register of Real Estate was considered.
