Export Pleural haemangioma represents a benign proliferation of endothelial cells within pleural blood vessels. Although this tumour typically undergoes spontaneous resolution and remains asymptomatic, in rare instances, it can lead to recurrent pleural effusions necessitating medical intervention. Here, we present the case of a patient who reported exertional dyspnea persisting for 1 week, accompanied by a significant left-sided pleural effusion and a rounded opacity observed in the left upper lung zone. Diagnostic procedures, including thoracoscopy and biopsy, confirmed a diagnosis of pleural haemangioma. Notably, no recurrence was observed throughout a 2-year follow-up period, highlighting this rare condition’s diagnostic challenge and successful management.
