Note: This manuscript is part of a multi-stage submission process. Theoretical framework submitted to the Canadian Journal of Physics (MS: cjp-2026-0050). Further specific analysis of 3I/Atlas has been submitted to The Astrophysical Journal Letters (MS: #AAS74500) The interstellar object (ISO) 3I/Atlas exhibits a suite of anomalies including nongravitational acceleration, 120-degree structural fragmentation, and atomic nickel vaporat 3.88 AU. We propose a Passive Inductive Body (PIB) model, where a prolate alveolar metallic core undergoes eddy current heating and Lorentz force interactionswithin the solar wind and planetary magnetospheres. This model provides a unified kinematic framework for both 3I/Atlas and 1I/’Oumuamua.
