This study evaluates the clinical outcomes in district hospitals within Nigeria by assessing their systems. A difference-in-differences approach was used to evaluate the impact of changes in district hospital systems on clinical outcomes. Data from multiple hospitals were analysed over time. The analysis revealed a significant improvement (p<0. 05) in patient recovery rates after system interventions, indicating enhanced healthcare delivery. The difference-in-differences model demonstrated effectiveness in assessing the impact of district hospital system improvements on clinical outcomes.
